This assessment will support the organization’s goals of enhancing accountability, improving internal processes, and aligning with best practices in the development sector.

Scope of Work
The consultant will be expected to assess and provide actionable recommendations in the following areas:
1. Financial Management Systems
- Budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes
- Fund flow and donor reporting mechanisms
- Internal controls and fraud prevention practices
- Audit preparedness and financial compliance
- Evaluation of accounting software and tools
2. Administrative Systems
- Human resources (contracts, payroll, grievance redressal, legal compliance)
- Procurement and asset management policies
- Record-keeping, documentation, and filing systems
- Evaluation of administrative workflows and coordination mechanisms
3. Governance & Compliance
- Review of board oversight, reporting lines, and decision-making frameworks
- Regulatory compliance (tax, labor laws, FCRA, etc.)
- Organizational risk identification and mitigation strategies
